Nick Beake is a British journalist who has reported for the BBC across the world, most recently from Kyiv.
He was based in Asia for two years where he covered the Rohingya crisis from both sides of the Myanmar-Bangladesh border, the Hong Kong protests and wildfires in Australia.
While in Asia, he chronicled the Hong Kong protests, reported on the Sri Lankan church bombings, the two Trump/Kim summits and the elation of the cave rescue of the young Thai football team.
Nick has reported from more than twenty countries since becoming Europe Correspondent, including Norway where he presented a documentary on climate change.
